Under Angel Perez's leadership, Asamper is a blend of experts in sociology, disability justice, technology, gender and queer studies, ontology and creative disciplines. Angel brings a multidisciplinary approach to consulting and coaching services, serving individuals and organizations. We believe that true inclusivity requires a deep understanding of diverse needs and experiences of others and our relationship with them. Our guidance helps organizations not just to meet but to exceed expectations, embracing the transformative power of inclusion and creating spaces where people feel like they trully belong.
Our Philosophy
Relationships are an act of creation at the heart of every human interaction. Whether personal or professional, at Asamper, we see relationships as an ongoing creative achievement crafted through our everyday actions and interactions. Rather than fixed bonds that merely develop, connections take shape as we practice relating to others—how we communicate, collaborate, show care, resolve conflict, and foster intimacy. By working and mastering how we relate, we become active co-creators of the futures we envision.

In our workshops and sessions, we avoid prescribing “right ways” to be in relationship according to normative scripts. Instead, we believe relating well, means having the tools to consciously construct bonds aligned with our values and contexts. The role of our experts is facilitating clients’ awareness, imagination, and skills to create relationships that resonate in the most meaningful ways. Rather than conforming to society’s ideals, expectations, power dynamics or roles, clients explore what constituting belonging through creativity can look like for them. What possibilities can we open up when not constrained by norms? How can we substitune those norms with new, more meanigful guidelines that work for you and the people you relate with every day.
Through interpersonal coaching we work together to identify repeating patterns, bias and assumptions that no longer serve us, so more intentional possibilities can unfold. We focus on uncovering how agency and freedom inter-develop in the process of relating to each other. We craft shared values attuned to care and respect. We explore rituals for expressing and embracing the uniqueness of all identities. Together we question societal limitations around ways of being and relating while prototyping alternatives.
Through our inclusive leadership practice we work with clients to build their relating capacity across diverse domains and for variable futures. The only constant is change – through skilful engagement, we can shape how we create futures toward more human-centred ends.
