 In this 1-2-1 coaching programme for leaders and individuals, we focus on envisioning relationships as "acts of creation" that are in constant (e)motion. Through our coaching practice we help leaders rethink emotional intelligence to steer systemic change towards conscious, equitable forms of relating. The programme is spread out over several months to support individual throught specific topics and address pressing issues. our programme is supported by three core pillars: 


Fearless Engagement 

Build confidence in expressing yourself authentically and navigating diverse environments without fearing to say or do the wrong thing. Develop practical communication skills for more meaningful connections. 


Empowerment & Belonging

Overcome disempowerment and foster a sense of belonging. Gain the confidence to be yourself in any setting, with authenticity and strength, contributing to your team or community. 


Relationship Resilience

Equip yourself with tools to handle challenges in personal and professional relationships. Address fears of rejection or uncertainty, ensuring stability and confidence in your connections.
