In this 1-2-1 coaching programme for leaders and individuals, we focus on envisioning relationships as "acts of creation" that are in constant (e)motion. Through our coaching practice we help leaders rethink emotional intelligence to steer systemic change towards conscious, equitable relating. This conversation-based, interactive workshop for groups and teams provides a framework and practices for relating across difference, dismantling biases, and fostering authentic belonging in your workplace.
